Current Programs & Applications
Our focused 4 to 6-week STEM and Career Exploration cohorts provide small, supportive environments where participants can build skills and confidence.
Workforce Readiness: A comprehensive program covering resume building, interview skills, and workplace professionalism.
Leadership & Financial Literacy: Interactive workshops focusing on budgeting basics, personal success plans, and goal setting.
Health & Safety Certification: Earn your Youth CPR and AED Certification through our partnership with Brown University Health.
Program Benefits: Participants receive a $25 weekly stipend during the training.
How to Register: Submit your program application to begin your journey. Once received, our team will review your enrollment details and contact you regarding your application status, orientation, and next steps. Application support and communications are available in English and Spanish.
Internships & Job Opportunities
Through growing community partnerships, we help Rhode Island youth gain hands-on experience and build professional networks.
Job Shadowing: Participate in structured workplace tours, daily operation insights, and employee Q&A sessions.
Work-Based Learning: Access meaningful internships and job placements that translate directly into real-world career pathways.
Community Service: Engage in civic activities and volunteer projects that foster community change and personal development.

Career Pathway Exploration: Connect with guest speakers across healthcare, business, public service, and the trades (available for youth 16+).
