By combining professional guidance with community care, we ensure every participant is seen, supported, and connected to real-world opportunities.
Program Outcomes & Accomplishments
Our initiatives center young people as leaders, storytellers, advocates, and decision-makers in shaping their own futures. Through growing partnerships and community support, we expand access to experiences that help youth build confidence and explore career pathways.
Our core accomplishments stem from our targeted training cohorts:
Workforce Readiness: Through focused, 4-week STEM cohorts and 6-week career exploration programs, we prepare Rhode Island youth for success in the workforce. Participants engage in resume and interview skill-building, workplace tours, and employee Q&A sessions.
Health & Safety Certifications: Participants successfully complete CPR & AED training classes partnered with Brown University Health, participating in emergency response scenarios and earning official Youth CPR/AED certifications.
Financial Empowerment: Our youth complete comprehensive leadership development workshops that establish strong foundations in financial literacy, budgeting basics, and personal success planning.
Removing Financial Barriers: We successfully provide a $25 weekly stipend per participant during training weeks, ensuring that young people can focus on skill-building and career exploration without financial hardship.

20 to 30 Participants enrolled in each dedicated 4-6 week training cohort.
24 Total Hours of intensive, hands-on programming per cohort, covering wellness, leadership, and workforce readiness.
100% of Participants receive compensation for their time through our weekly training stipends.
Direct Career Exposure across multiple fields, including healthcare, business, public service, and the trades.
